Sessions will explore self-care and wellness strategies for educators, leaders, and staff including: developing a self-care plan; creating a culture and climate of wellness; and exploring self-care practices to reduce effects of secondary traumatic stress. Join in to nurture self-care in order to be prepared to assist in the well-being of others.
