Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) Preview Session (Virtual)





District leaders will receive an overview of Texas Instructional Leadership trainings that will be available for the upcoming school year.  Participants will engage in activities related to data-driven instruction and observation and feedback, and have the opportunity to hear about the impact that Texas Instructional Leadership has had in Region 4. Participants will then learn about the requirements for the trainings and will be provided with next steps.



Important Session Information:



Please ensure that the following staff members from your district register for this session: 1) the district official who will be overseeing TIL (required), 2) The principal supervisors who oversee the campuses that you are planning to have participate in TIL (required), 3) Principals of the campuses that you plan to have participate in TIL (optional).
