Restorative Practices: Simple Circles Virtual





Come and gain knowledge that is crucial for all restorative practice circle facilitators to know.  This session will enable facilitators to learn successful, fun, and engaging circle activities for students and adults.  Participants will, have circles experiences, understand the parts of a circle, create circle plans,  become confident in circle facilitation and each receive a box full of materials to start incredible circles immediately.  



Important Session Information:



This is a blended training using the book  by Janice Jerome a nationally acclaimed and  award wining Restorative Practices practitioner. entitled "Simple Circle - An introductory workbook for educators to assess their essential classroom restorative circle facilitation knowledge and skills"

The book will walk educators through basic knowledge that all restorative circle facilitators should have on conducting restorative circles in schools.

 

Once the educator has read and completed the self-grading quiz (with the answer key at the end of the quiz), there will be a follow-up one-day training that reviews the book quiz and provides the opportunity for practice exercises in break out circles.

 

Please note: Upon the registration deadline June 27, 2022 participants will receive an electronic version of the book.  Please update email contact information to receive the book and to get the link for the virtual training on July 19, 2022.
