Essential Action Lever Support (EALS) Preview Session (Virtual)

Essential Action Lever Support (EALS) at Region 4 is a capacity building program that supports campuses with establishing systems and protocols related to Essential Action 1.1 from the Effective Schools Framework (ESF). During this overview session, participants will learn how EALS integrates targeted professional development, implementation support, and one-on-one coaching to support continuous improvement in Essential Action 1.1. Topics that may be discussed in this overview session include: ESF diagnostic report results, campus leaders roles and responsibilities, EALS/ESF alignment, and the structure of the EALS program.

Participants will then learn about the requirements for joining EALS for the upcoming school year, and will be provided with next steps.
