Maximizing the Power of Read Alouds in Early Childhood

Reading aloud in the classroom allows practitioners to scaffold children's understanding of the story, model good reading practices, and implement strategies to support expressive and receptive language skills while increasing students' vocabulary.

During the session, we will practice planning using  different literacy titles. Participants will deliberately select learning objectives, formulate relevant questions, and identify the resources required to enrich the learning experience for all learners.
