This class will review the administrative responsibility to develop and maintain a CACFP budget and management plan that meets USDA performance standards. Participants will learn to evaluate allowable and unallowable costs, cost allocation and proper procurement for goods and services. The class will provide opportunity to evaluate and write policies and procedures to effectively guide your organization.
