High Impact Tutoring Program Design-Administrator Session
2022 HIT Alliance Face-to-Face





These sessions will help District Administrators and/or Campus Administrators design a  "High" impact tutoring program for their district or campus.  It will cover the basic tenets of what makes a tutoring program highly effective for the students.

This session is NOT for tutors or tutor training.  It does NOT address any tutor specific trainings for the Subsidized Providers from TCLAS Decision 6.

This session is designed for those individuals within an LEA who are working to create a High Impact Tutoring program beyond the basic requirements laid out by HB 4545.

Session Description:

Please join us for a two day, in-person training and networking event hosted by ESC Region 4. This event provides an opportunity for ESC HIT leads to network, train, and dive deeper into the world of High Impact Tutoring. Sessions will be led by the TEA tutoring team, fellow ESC leads, Nancy Waymack from the Annenberg Institute, Commissioner Mike Morath, and more!

Important Information:

This two day conference is hosted by Region 4 ESC on behalf of the Texas Education Agency.  It will include the Tutor Team Leads from all 20 Region Education Service Centers and their support staff, if applicable. It will be an opportunity for ESC Tutor Leads to network, train and dive deeper into High Impact Tutoring.

Working meals will be provided each day. A separate form will be sent to inquire about any dietary restrictions.
