The Region 4 Regional Day School Program for the Deaf (RDSPD) Family Support Network is available to any parent or caregiver of a student who is deaf, hard of hearing, or deafblind and who is currently served by the Region 4 RDSPD in Houston, Pasadena, Deer Park, Klein, Aldine or Spring ISDs, or at Bloom Academy Charter School. The purpose of the network is to provide high-quality learning sessions and opportunities for connection for parents to better support children who are deaf, hard of hearing, or deafblind in their homes and communities.
