Region 4 Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Collaborative - Virtual

This collaborative is to allow districts and charters to brainstorm, plan, collaborate, troubleshoot, share best practices, lessons learned, and more for Local Designation Systems and National Board for TIA. Just in time conversations around system development, two versus three weighted categories, eligible teachers and campuses, spending plan for TIA with and without LDS, application logistics and confusion, when to use National Board for teacher groups, feasibility of student growth measures based on district or charter variables, software to streamline TIA process, and so much more!

Although some meetings will be in-person, others will be via Zoom to allow those from other regions to attend and provide valuable insight and information to the conversation. Region 4 staff will facilitate the meetings with protocols to help participants dig deep into topics, for all cohorts, while also providing time for cohort specific grouping to occur. The information learned, networking that occurs, and real-time help provided is invaluable, and a resource that should not be missed!
