One of the most important aspects of school leadership is relating to all of the stakeholders in your school community.  You can never influence people until they are sure that you care about them.  This learning experience delves into the key steps to ensure that relationships are built in a way that trust is established and the culture in a school can thrive.  All of this is predicated on the work of the school leader(s) in relationship to relating to the learning community in a productive way.
