Share
School Counselors are often faced with situations that require sound ethical decision-making ability. Determining the appropriate action to take when faced with an ethical dilemma can be a challenge.
This session will examine the ethical issues that impact the role of school counselors. Presenter Betty White, MED.,LPC-S,CSC, will review the most recent ASCA Ethical Standards updated in 2022. In addition to reviewing the new standards, participants will have the opportunity to explore several ethical dilemmas to determine how they should be handled differently under the new guidelines. LPC's can earn 3 Ethics CEU's by participating in this session.
