This interactive professional development workshop will focus on adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of young children in special education across various learning environments.
Participants will learn how to design engaging learning activities—such as circle time and thematic centers—that provide appropriate levels of challenge and support for all learners.
The workshop will also explore how to align Pre-K Guidelines and Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals with daily lessons. In addition, it will cover strategies for scaffolding, accommodations, and modifications to support meaningful participation. Attendees will walk away with practical tips, strategies, and insights for effectively differentiating circle time and centers in early childhood classrooms.
