Is your classroom full of variability with students who need differentiated supports? Then this session is for you! Participants will explore instructional high-leverage practices that enrich Tier 1 instruction including explicit instruction, providing scaffolds, teaching cognitive and metacognitive strategies, feedback, and opportunities to respond. High-leverage practices support ALL learners by increasing student engagement, reducing classroom disruptions, as well as helping students become committed to their own learning process. Participants will leave with strategies to implement immediately in the classroom.
