In early childhood education, we are all leaders—regardless of our title or role. This two-day workshop provides an opportunity to reflect on and enhance our personal leadership, exploring what leadership truly is (and isn’t) through the lens of everyday actions and decisions. We'll examine key leadership mindsets such as vision, courage, commitment, integrity, emotional intelligence, community, and risk-taking.
Together, we’ll also explore common challenges that can get in the way of leading with authenticity and consistency. Participants will walk away with practical strategies for “living your leadership” every day—whether guiding a classroom, supporting a colleague, or shaping program culture. This experience will help you lead from within—with clarity, intention, and impact. Session and session materials partially funded with state or federal grants.
