This one-day training equips MTSS-Behavior District Coordinators (DCs) to effectively lead and guide their District Leadership Team (DLT) in aligning and integrating current MTSS initiatives. Participants will gain clarity on the roles and responsibilities of both DCs and DLT members to begin, strengthen, or sustain MTSS-Behavior implementation.
The session provides an introduction to the District Systems Fidelity Inventory (DSFI), including how to conduct the assessment, draft an actionable plan, and connect district implementation with the overall district strategic and improvement plans and other initiatives. Coordinators will also build a shared understanding of key district systems and essential activities that support fidelity of implementation across campuses to improve outcomes. Resources and strategies for ongoing support will be shared to assist DCs in their leadership role.
