Procurement of Food Service Vendor Contracts

Participants will develop a 4-step action plan to implement at their School Food Authority or organization to conduct self-checks of current or future formal contracts for consultants, vended meal services, and food service management companies. Participants will learn about the documentation requirements needed to provide during the Procurement Review when procuring a food service contractor or vendor, as well as top-finding.

Participants must attend the entire training session to receive professional standards credit for the class. Late arrival or early departure may result in forfeiture of training credit.
