This session equips campus administrators and teams with the knowledge and tools to use resource mapping as a strategy for aligning initiatives, maximizing efficiency, and strengthening Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) implementation. Resource mapping provides a structured process to identify existing programs, services, and personnel, evaluate their alignment with district and campus priorities, and uncover gaps or redundancies that impact student outcomes.
Participants will be introduced to a Region 4-developed resource mapping tool and will have the opportunity to begin the mapping process with their own campus data. Through guided application, collaborative feedback, and coaching support, administrators will learn how to engage campus teams in mapping resources across academic, social-emotional-behavioral (SEB), and school safety domains to ensure a coordinated, equitable system of support. The session includes auditing campuswide programming to determine outcomes, and ensure a positive impact on student achievement and school climate as an annual process for continuous improvement cycles.
