High-quality data systems are the backbone of effective school improvement and MTSS-Behavior/PBIS implementation. This session equips campus administrators and leadership teams with the knowledge and tools to analyze, interpret, and use data across all three tiers to guide decision making and improve student outcomes.
The primary focus will be on Tier 1 schoolwide data decision making, with hands-on practice using data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and guide action planning. Tier 2 and Tier 3 discussions will include a review of data-based decision making supported by tools and resources that help identify, monitor, and adjust interventions.
Aligned with the Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) 3.0, this session emphasizes building campus capacity to use data for continuous improvement and to sustain implementation with integrity.
