Campus Leadership Cohort-Session Session 5 Legacy Communicators





Region 4’s Campus Cohort Consortium is a premier leadership initiative dedicated to elevating student outcomes, enhancing teacher performance, and cultivating leadership density and capacity.


This 6-session transformational leadership experience is groundbreaking and specifically designed for campus leaders who supervise teachers and have an impact on instruction. It aims to significantly impact student outcomes by fostering collaboration with teachers to deliver high-quality instruction. Additionally, the experience enhances participants' leadership density through micro-credentialing opportunities, embedded networking activities that establish proactive collegial relationships, and flexible session times that accommodate campus responsibilities.



Important Session Information:



This 6-session transformational leadership experience is groundbreaking and specifically designed for campus leaders. It aims to significantly impact student outcomes by fostering collaboration with teachers to deliver high-quality instruction. Additionally, the experience enhances participants' leadership density through micro-credentialing opportunities, embedded networking activities that establish proactive collegial relationships, and flexible session times that accommodate campus responsibilities. *Must complete all 6 sessions for cohort completion credentials. 

Participant Criteria: To be eligible for participation, individuals must be currently serving as a campus administrator or leader who is directly responsible for appraising, evaluating, or coaching teachers to improve instruction (ex: Assistant Principal, Associate Principal, Dean of Instruction) This cohort is exclusively for campus instructional leaders who implement the principal’s vision through coaching, coordination, and capacity building for student success and teacher growth.

Session 1: Vision in Action: Define high-quality instruction, align curriculum, and a shared vision for student success Session 2: Talent Builders: Recruit, develop, and retain staff aligned to campus needs and student outcomes Session 3: Culture Carriers: Build a culture of excellence, shared responsibility, and responsive leadership Session 4:System Designers: Design systems that support instruction, operations and continuous improvement Session 5: Legacy Communicators: Strengthening stakeholder relationships through strategic, inclusive communicationSession 6: Transformational Advocates: Reflect on legacy and impact. Align personal leadership story to change
