The leadership cohort is designed to equip multilingual leaders with an enhanced level of Content-Based Language Instruction (CBLI) knowledge and tools needed to lead high-impact HQIM (High-Quality Instructional Materials) implementation that prioritizes language acquisition and access for emergent bilingual learners.
Each session focuses on a key leadership move aligned to strong instructional planning and delivery practices that support multilingual learners in thriving academically and linguistically. Each session will leverage Bluebonnet Learning materials to illustrate examples of high-quality instructional materials in practice.
Cohort Agreements are below:
1. District leaders agree to participate in all 4 sessions with fidelity.
2. Share impact and implementation practices for each session.
3. Collaborate for the duration of the cohort, and provide feedback.
