This 3 day virtual training is intended for instructional leaders and administrators who are eager to grow and skills and strategies to build teacher capacity and sustain a positive campus culture which leads to positive student outcomes.
This training is required prior to appraising teachers using the T-Tess evaluation system. AEL develops the skills necessary for campus leaders to build and sustain positive, collaborative campus cultures focused on improving instruction and student performance
Uninterrupted attendance at all 3 days consecutively is required. Participants are requested to make arrangements in their schedule to attend the training in its entirety. Partial attendance of sessions does not satisfy the attendance and certification requirements.
