This 3 day training is intended for instructional leaders and administrators who are eager to grow and skills and strategies to build teacher capacity and sustain a positive campus culture which leads to positive student outcomes. All three days in person attendance is required. Session starts promptly at 8:30 am each day. Participants encouraged to be log in in to the training location by 8:15 am. Goals:
Develop the skills necessary for campus leaders to build and sustain positive, collaborative campus cultures focused on improving instruction and student performance.
Provide practical and relevant examples from the field with a balance of research to allow instructional leaders to engage in the difficult decisions and challenges faced by the 21st-century school leader.
