This three-day team training equips campuses to establish and strengthen schoolwide Tier 1 behavior systems within a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS-B). Using the Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) 3.0 as a guide, teams will learn how to assess readiness, set priorities, and develop an action plan for effective and sustainable implementation.
Campuses must send teams of 5–7 members (administrator, teachers, counselor, behavior/mental health staff, etc.) in alignment with TFI 3.0 Team Composition recommendations. Attendance at all three days is required to receive credit.
Learner Outcomes: Participants will leave with a shared understanding of Tier 1 systems, clear team roles, and a campus-specific action plan to launch or refine MTSS-Behavior implementation.
To attend this course as a campus team:
- Administrator for team registers and pays $105 for the entire team.
- Administrator or designee emails their campus team members to Shelley.GarzaClark@esc4.net and will receive a promo code to register the remaining team members.
- Administrator or designee ensures the entire team is registered (use promo code) 2 weeks prior to training.
- Incomplete teams or missing payment will result in removal of the team from the course.
Trainer Prerequisite:
This course is also a pre-requisite for district/charter trainers who will be training campus teams within their own districts/charters with district approval.
- Trainers must be approved by their district to become a trainer within their district.
- Trainers may register and pay individually without a team or join a campus team attending and register with them.
