This four-session series, totaling 16 working hours, equips district and campus leaders with tools, strategies, and frameworks to build and sustain effective mentoring programs. Each session guides leaders through key components of designing, implementing, and expanding a mentorship program to enhance student learning, educator effectiveness, and retention. Each session includes a core design topic and objective directly aligned with
The Texas District & Campus Leader Competencies. By the end of the design sessions, participants will have an integrated action plan for implementing the mentoring program.
