Implementing effective classroom management practices can be challenging, especially when classrooms include diverse learning and behavioral needs. This session provides focused support for teachers who need additional guidance in implementing the five evidence-based practices of classroom management. When teachers strengthen their use of evidence-based classroom management practices, classrooms become more predictable, student engagement increases, and problem behavior is reduced.
Through guided reflection, examples, and targeted strategies, teachers will identify areas for growth and develop practical steps to improve classroom structure, increase student engagement, and create more positive learning environments. The session is designed to provide supportive, practical tools that help teachers build confidence and consistency in their classroom management practices.
