Audience: T-PESS trainings are offered throughout the year for anyone who appraises principals. Principals are also encouraged to attend these trainings to deepen their understanding of the appraisal process.

Goal: Participants will gain knowledge and skills about the collaborative T-PESS process which focuses on continuous growth and improvement guided by the TExas Principal standard. The system aims to provide principals with meaningful and manageable guidance to enhance their leadership skills and ultimately benefit student success. 

Logistics: Attendance for the full 1 day training is required.  Participants are requested to make arrangements in their schedule to attend the training in its entirety. Partial attendance of sessions does not satisfy the attendance or certification requirements.
