This course will examine the federal regulations for the proper counting and claiming of reimbursable meals. It will explore such topics as student meal eligibility, meal pattern requirements and overt identification. Participants will practice activities that will strengthen their skills in identifying reimbursable meals.
Target audience: Personnel with direct responsibility for counting meals claimed for reimbursement.
