Cooking With Seasonings, Spices, and Herbs




This course is designed to help school nutrition employees improve the quality and appeal of school meals served. It is also intended to help school nutrition employees incorporate principles of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans into the planning and preparation of school meals.


Important Session Information:


This course will be taught at the 2013 Child Nutrition Summer Conference
held at Porter High School located at 22625 Sandy Lane
Porter, TX 77365.

Opening Ceremony will be 8:00- 8:30AM and classes will begin at 8:35AM. Please be present for opening ceremony. Class time includes breaks.
