Two-day review session to prepare for each section of the Core Subjects EC-6 exam (TExES Test 291):
- Domain I English language arts and the science of teaching reading (subtest 801)
- Domain II Mathematics (subtest 802)
- Domain III Social Studies (subtest 803)
- Domain IV Science (subtest 804)
- Domain V Fine Arts,
Health, and Physical Education (subtest 805)
The overall test structure as well as content for each domain is reviewed. Participants assess their knowledge and skills using the TExES representative form (practice test) for each subtest, have opportunities to analyze each test question, and receive extensive resources to address any areas in need of improvement.
This review is appropriate for certified teachers adding the Core Subjects EC-6 certificate, university students in undergraduate or post-baccalaureate educator preparation programs, participants in alternative certification programs, and candidates for program admission under the Pre-Admission Content Test (PACT) option.
