The Institute for Restorative Justice and Restorative Dialogue in partnership with the Texas Education Agency will conduct training at Region 6 Education Service Center in order to add Restorative Discipline (RD) to the successful Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) implementation. The goal is to reduce the number of suspensions and expulsions (specifically of minority students and students with disabilities), create a culture of belonging in the school community, and thus increase positive outcomes for all students.
