College and Career Preparedness: Essential Skills to Prepare Students for Post-Secondary Success

The College and Career Competency (CCC) Framework, developed by Dr. Amy Gaumer Erickson and Dr. Pattie Noonan, supports educators in systematically embedding intrapersonal, interpersonal, and cognitive competencies into course content.  Educators can use the CCC Framework as a resource to engage and support students to become career-equipped, lifelong learners who are socially and emotionally prepared for post-secondary success.
