Effective Reading & Writing Strategies for Teaching ELLs
Share
Participants will engage in hands-on and interactive strategies for developing reading and writing skills. While these strategies may also benefit other student populations, they are geared toward meeting the needs of ELLs at all proficiency levels. The literacy activities shared in this session will not only integrate all four language domains, but they will also include opportunities for more complex and rigorous thinking.
Important Session Information:
Teachers of ELLs in grades 3-12 will benefit from this session's focus on developing writing and reading skills with engaging hands-on and interactive strategies.
