AET Record Keeping System

Welcome to the Agricultural Experience Tracker, the personalized online system for tracking experiences in agricultural education.
Learn how the AET tracks educational and financial experiences for students and ag programs.
 The AET summarizes those experiences into standard FFA award applications. Unlike previous systems, the AET aggregates those experiences across programs to produce local reports for school administrators and overall economic impact reports for interested stakeholders and legislative representatives.

Important Session Information:

AET Training will cover the following topics.

Day 1: (Beginners)  9:00 am to 3:30 pm

Advisors steps needed for students to begin using AET

Managing Student Accounts

Managing photos in AET

Connecting AET POA Event Details to FFA's 

Chapter Event Attendance 

AET Mobile System for Teachers and Students

 

Day 2: (Advanced) 9:00 am to 3:30 pm

Review of teacher profile, course builder and adding students, AET mobile system for teachers and students

Paper record books (for schools with limited technology)

Teachers will simulate a student AET Account
