Participate in a series of training modules to learn how to implement the Menu Enhancement and Nutrition (MENU) Module software. This web-based system is offered at no charge by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) to contracting entities operating school nutrition programs. Attendees will learn, practice and apply skills to add ingredients, build recipes, develop menu cycles and implement electronic food production records to maintain compliant child nutrition programs. Prerequisite: Interested participants must complete the “Are You Ready to Launch MENU Module?” survey prior to registering, available at
