Instructional Coaching: A Collaborative Process to Improve Teaching and Learning

Professional development via content coaching impacts student and teacher capacity. This collaborative process has great potential for influencing classroom practice and student achievement. Coaching is part of a cohesive plan and willing instructors take on the challenge to develop effective teaching practices that allow all students to reach high standards. Coaches will provide feedback as they debrief and reflect on observations, empowering educators to make positive changes in their classrooms.
