Child Nutrition: Menu Module Application Training

This training is for new Contracting Entity (CE) as well as returning CE's who wish to apply and use techniques in the Menu Model. During the session, CE's will be able to complete all areas of their Menu Module application knowledge. CE's are encouraged to bring the following materials list of ingredients from each item on their menu. Documentation needed is CN labels, Product Formulation Statements and Nutrition Facts. Participants will need log in information for MENU Module.
