In this interactive session, participants will navigate the features and functionality of the TEKS Resource System and its components, becoming familiar with the many benefits of the system. Teachers will explore the Year at a Glance (YAG), the Vertical Alignment Document (VAD), and the Instructional Focus Document (IFD) including the Performance Assessments and rubrics. There will also be time to examine the additional components including the Enhanced TEKS Clarification Document for Math (ETCDs), and the STAAR Analysis that is based on the Released Test questions. We will study the Assessment Creator and bank of questions that can be used to create Formative Assessments and Benchmarks.
