Hurricane Impacted Regions

Associate Commissioner for Contracts, Grants and Financial Administration at TEA will discuss the new hurricane relief grants that were released by USDE last week. The application process and grant requirements will be discussed. The session will include the Restart grant that was awarded to Texas on April 30th and the Emergency Impact Aid and Homeless grants that were released April 26th. One key topic of interest will be the Emergency Impact Aid grant that will be due to TEA by May 15th. This application submission deadline is set by USDE and TEA cannot extend it.

This session will be available to attend at the Region 6 Education Service Center in Huntsville, as well as via Distance Learning (DL) or mobile device.
