- Input ingredients - To be prepared to input ingredients bring a list of ingredients from each item on you menu. Documentation needed as CN labels, Product Formulation Statements and Nutrition Facts.
- Turning ingredients into recipes - To be prepared to turn ingredients into recipes you must have ingredients entered into MENU Module and have recipes on hand to created.
- Turning recipes into menus - To be prepared you must have ingredients and recipes entered into MENU Module and have menus on hand to be created.
Participants will need login information to TX-UNPS for MENU Module access. A training module is available if you do not have a login and only want to practice.
