Highly skilled coaches inspire and guide staff to reach their full potential and positively impact performance at all levels for the organization. This two-day workshop will focus on the principles, steps and skills necessary to embed a culture of growth and support needed to make each coaching opportunity a cooperative partnership in improving instruction and student achievement.
Participants will learn and apply specialized coaching skills, tools, and competencies to utilize in the T-TESS and T-PESS observation cycles or any conversation about teaching and learning.
