Assessing English Learners for Special Education Identification




During this webinar, participants will learn about the factors influencing second language learning and how these factors may be misinterpreted as learning deficits. The information provided by the presenter will focus on the principles and strategies that all evaluation personnel may use for culturally fair and appropriate assessment practices in the assessment of English Language Learners for the presence of disabilities.
