Child Nutrition: Connecting the Dots (CACFP)

Before you can start the process you first need to set up a well outlined CACFP machine. Cover your bases on Enrollment & Eligibility, Meal Production Records, Meal Count and Attendance Records, Invoices and Receipts, and Claims. Be sure to Set up an outline of the following: How the process is to be done; Who is responsible as well if there are any double checks; When the process happens; Where and how the documentation is kept.

Important Session Information:

This session will cover the basics on how to handle when a Serious Deficiency is found and the process to created your Corrective Action Plan to submit and follow to avoid future Serious Deficiencies.
