Child Nutrition: Culinary Boot Camp (CACFP)

Culinary Boot Camp will give an opportunity for you to participate in Culinary Lab experiences. The labs can involve preparing, scoring, presenting, tasting and evaluating recipes. Participants will prepare recipes selected from online USDA CACFP Recipes and other resources. All participants will taste and evaluate all the finished products.
