Information:
This is an open lab for participants to come and go at your convenience. To be prepared see the following information. Input ingredients: To be prepared to input ingredients bring a list of ingredients from each item on your menu. Documentation needed is CN labels, Production Formulation Statements and Nutrition Facts. Turning ingredients into recipe: To be prepared to turn ingredients into recipes you must have ingredients entered into MENU Module and have recipes on hand to be created. Turning recipes into menus: To be prepared you must have ingredients and recipes entered into MENU Module and have menus on hand to be created. Participants will need login information to TX-UNPS for MENU Module access. A training module is available if you do not have a login and only want to practice.
