This course will cover the concept of offer vs. serve that applies to menu planning and to the determination of reimbursable school meals. Participants will practice activities that will strengthen their skills in identifying reimbursable meals and implementing offer versus serve in breakfast and lunch meals.
Target audience: Personnel with direct responsibility for counting meals claimed for reimbursement.
