Information:
This workshop has been developed to provide contracting entities (CE'S) and School
Districts, operating one or more of United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Food
and Nutrition Services (FNS) programs administered through Texas Department of
Agriculture's (TDA) Food and Nutrition Division (F&N), with the basic guidance and
information on civil rights compliance requirements in the administration of these
programs. CE's include entities working directly with TDA, school food authorities,
sponsored sites and sub agencies.All Child Nutrition Staff must be trained in Civil Rights
each year.
