It takes a village to raise a student with special needs. Help build the village by learning more about In-Home/Parent training options. Understanding the differences between parent-family training and in-home/community training can be a little confusing.
Participants will learn strategies to assist Admission, Review and Dismissal (A.R.D.) committees address the following:
- Determine training needs
- Explore various methodologies to support training decisions
- Consider ethical situations
- Acquire communication do's and don'ts while working with families.
