LPAC Framework Changes for Previously Trained LPAC Members
Pre-requisite: LPAC Training 2018-2019. Annual LPAC training is a state requirement.

Have you been trained in the Language Proficiency Assessment Committee Framework? Do you know LPAC law and procedures inside and out? Do you provide training for other LPAC members in your district? If so, this session is for you. Each year, changes and updates are made to the LPAC Framework and forms. This short session will introduce you to the latest information regarding LPAC for the current school year.

Important Session Information:

Do you have an excellent understanding of LPAC procedures and the updated (July 2018) TEC Chapter 89? If your Language Proficiency Assessment Committee Procedures are up-to-date and running smoothly, and you just need annual training to learn the recent changes to LPAC , this session is for you. Come learn about all of the new changes to LPAC, including changes in the identification instruments, the new reclassification criteria, new home language survey information, PEIMS code updates, and more!

Limited print materials will be available, but all participants will have access to a LiveBinder with the resources needed for the training.

This session will be available to attend at the Education Service Center, Region 6 in Huntsville, as well as via Distance Learning (DL) or mobile device. If you are planning to view via DL or mobile device, indicate this during registration by selecting "Participate via Distance Learning".
