Child Nutrition: Garden-Based Learning

Join us via distance learning to receive information and resources to help you plan, grow, harvest and connect to develop a sustainable garden program. Great resources for children to learn about gardening will be provided. Gardening teaches children memorable lessons about fruits and vegetables. Children can plant, cultivate, harvest, and taste fresh produce that may be unfamiliar to them. This session is available to all SNP and CACFP contracting entities.

Important Session Information:

This session will be available to attend at the Education Service Center Region 6 in Huntsville, as well as via Distance Learning (DL) or mobile device. If you are planning to view via DL or mobile device indicate this during registration by selecting "Participant via Distance Learning". Registered participants can join 30 minutes before each session begins. Participants will not be allowed to join the session 15 minutes after the session begins.
