Our students must be willing to take risks and know that failure is apart of the journey. Teaching and nurturing a growth mindset and goal setting in the classroom will teach students strategies on being resilient. Participants will learn strategies and tools using research from Dr. Carol Dweck and Dr. Eric Jenson to foster a growth mindset culture in classrooms and the school.
